The borosilicate glass used in Lovegasm dildos is tough, non-porous, and easy to keep clean. Clean it before and after every play session to remove bacteria and make sure it stays body-safe.

Choose between dishwashing and boiling in water for 10 minutes for convenient sterilization. Alternatively, wipe with a clean wash-cloth, brush, or gloves under warm water until the surface is free of debris, before lathering soap along the surface and scrubbing the entire dildo. Rinse with warm water and leave it to air-dry in a safe place where it will not fall.

If you enjoy anal play, maintain hygiene and prevent odors and harmful bacteria build-up by using a toy cleanser after you've cleaned and air-dried it.

Store it back in the soft felt bag provided by Lovegasm immediately after drying. While borosilicate glass is a safe dildo material and cannot break unless dropped on a hard surface, it is brittle, so it must be carried carefully. Hard impacts risk chipping the surface—if you do drop it, you should discard it and replace it, as potentially harmful invisible cracks can form.
